It all started…
In 2015, after 12 years working in management positions for non-profit, public and private sector organizations, I took a leap of faith and went out on my own as a “SoloPreneur” and consultant looking to help better small businesses and organizations under the banner “Synergie Consultants”.
About a year later, off to a slow start and not knowing where I was headed, I was approached by a friend with an opportunity to spearhead a community initiative, in partnership with Agence Ometz and the MJCN, helping Orthodox Jews with career, employment and business needs.
I never thought I had it in me to coach people into achieving their employment and business goals.
Low & behold, only 3 years later, I’ve successfully worked with 200+ professionals and entrepreneurs, helping them achieve their goals. From starting new career paths, to getting that dream job and turning side hustles into dreams.
And... Boom! Jon Ayalon Coaching & Consulting was created.
Built to empower people to achieving their dreams and passions not by adding anything to them per se but by uncovering the very strengths and assets they’ve always had and showing them how, when and where to apply them.
